The deposit file

Any registration request has to pass by the deposit file at the level of the NIC-DZ containing the following documents :

• -A request of registration signed by the ultimate owner of the domain name
• A document justifying the choice of the domain name, witch contains;

• A copy of the register of companies ( commercial entity) or;
• A copy of the registration trademark to the INAPI (for the deposits of national names) or OMPI (for the deposits of international names) or;
• A copy of the official decree of creation (association, organization, state organ,…)

. In case of intermediary, a proxy emanating from the requesting organisation indicating the intermediary to take charge The operation of registering the domain name .
